My planning process:

  • We’ll schedule a Discovery Call to chat about your travel dreams. I’ll explain my service fee and what it includes.
  • I’ll work with my destination partners and suppliers to find the best options for your trip.
  • I’ll provide a beautiful itinerary for your review. We can make up to 3 adjustments until it’s the trip of your dreams.
  • I’ll book your travel components and manage them until your travels commence.
  • Before you depart, I’ll provide travel documents and Explore More Travel Guides for your destination.

For multi-destination trips, there is a Planning Fee dependent upon the number of people in your party, how many destinations you will be visiting and overall complexity of your trip. Some services do not require a Planning Fee. We’ll discuss all this in our complimentary Discovery Call!

Travel Advisors have destination knowledge and insider information that can be crucial to your trip. We know what makes sense in an itinerary and the best ways to plan a destination.

No! Some services require an up-front non-refundable Planning Fee for time spent researching and planning. Once we have decided upon your itinerary components, I will provide the deposit requirement amount, and your payment will be processed through the supplier.

I do assist with flights in some scenarios; however, typically I focus on the land portion of your trip. We’ll cover this in our Discovery Call!
